I use to offer complicated packages that included some digital images and prints but it all became way to complicated and confusing. So now my session fee is lower and just covers your session. After you see your photos you can purchase only what you really want instead of having to choose a package that has things you don’t really want.
Mini Photo Session
- A mini photo session will last approximately 30 minutes
- The session can be done in my studio or within 10 miles of my location. So around Bear Butte and Sturgis.
- This session comes with up to 5 social media size digital images.
- These sessions are limited to immediate family and up to 2 pets/livestock.
- Please check with me if you want to add more people/animals as we can possibly add one or two but not much more as it will make the session take longer than 30 minutes. If you have more people/animals than this the regular photo session is probably a better option for you.
- Once your session is done it will take me up too 1-4 weeks to get your images ready. At that time I will load your photos in a gallery so you can see them. I’m also always very happy to set up a time and place to meet and go over your photos with you so you can see them without a watermark. Then you can choose what you would like to do with your favorite photos.
- The options include digital images, prints, wall art, fine art edits, and fun gifts. You can see what you can order as well as prices for these items by visiting my Prints & Wall Art Prices.
- Any prints or wall art purchased will also come with a social media size digital image of the printed image with a small watermark for sharing on social media.
- These are great sessions for fun holiday pictures, pet pictures, professional pictures, and special occasion pictures (like birthdays). I have a large variety of backdrops in my studio to celebrate holidays and solid colored backdrops for all occasions.
- $100 is due at booking to reserve your session time and date. The remaining cost of the session, $50, is due at or before your session. No additional money is due unless you choose additional products you would like.

- These sessions can be for families, pets, animals, horses, senior portraits, themed sessions, basically anything you want.
- This session has different levels so you can choose your ideal experience at your own price range.
- You will also receive up to 30 complimentary social media size digital images with a small watermark.
- Any location more than 50 miles from Bear Butte will have travel charges of $.50 per mile.
- These sessions can last as long as we need them to be.
- Once your session is done it will take me up to 1-4 weeks to get your images ready. At that time I will load your photos in a gallery so you can see them. I’m also always very happy to set up a time and place to meet and go over your photos with you so you can see them without a watermark. Then you can choose what you would like to do with your favorite photos.

Level 1 = $250
This level includes 2 outfits, one location, immediate family or up to 7 people, and up to 4 animals
Level 2 – add $150
This level includes 3 outfits, 2 locations, extended family or up to 12 people, and up to 6 animals
Level 3 – add $250
This level includes 4 outfits, 3 locations, up to 15 people, and up to 8 animals
Level 4 – add $650
This level includes as many outfits, locations, people, and animals as you want, with a limit of no more than 5 hours
- This session is for making a beautiful classy looking keepsake of your pet that will look beautiful in any home. These sessions are for any pets (dogs, cats, reptiles, rats, guinea pigs, any pets)
- This session is for up to 2 animals, additional animals can be added to $25 per animal.
- I will come to your home with my mobile studio for this session, this way your animals are much more comfortable and likely to show their real personality.
- I need at a least a 10 x 10 foot area to set up the mobile studio, it can be in your house, garage, barn, outbuilding, anywhere indoors.
- It takes me approximately 15 minutes to set up and take the down the mobile studio. For the session itself we’ll take as much time as we need to get good photos of your animals. The length of time will depend on how many animals we are photographing and how long it takes them to get comfortable with having their photograph taken. We’ll take as much time as we need.
- This session comes with three social media size digital images with a small watermark.
- Any location more than 50 miles from Bear Butte will have travel charges of $.50 per mile.
- Once your session is done it will take me up to 1-4 weeks to get your images ready. At that time, I will load your photos in a gallery so you can see them. I’m also always very happy to set up a time and place to meet and go over your photos with you so you can see them without a watermark. Then you can choose what you would like to do with your favorite photos.

- The base price for this session covers up to 4 animals and comes with 6 social media size digital images with a small watermark per animal (24 digital images) You can choose one image per animal that I will provide with a high enough resolution to be used in a catalogue. These are not high resolution images suitable for large print, just large enough for a sales catalogue or flyer.
- These sessions can have as many animals as you would like, each additional animal (after the 4 that comes with the base price) will be $50 per animal and comes with an additional 6 social media size digital images with a small watermark.
- You are welcome to use these images in sales flyers and online ads.
- These sessions can take as long as needed.
- These sessions can include conformation photos, riding photos, and/or at liberty photos. They can also include black background photos but those will have an additional charge as the editing for them is labor intensive.
- Any location more than 50 miles from Bear Butte will have travel charges of $.50 per mile.
- Once your session is done it will take me up to 1-4 weeks to get your images ready. At that time I will load your photos in a gallery so you can see them. I’m also always very happy to set up a time and place to meet and go over your photos with you so you can see them without a watermark. Then you can choose what you would like to do with your favorite photos.

- The base price for this session covers up to 2 animals and comes with 6 fully edited black background digital images in social media size with a small watermark.
- These sessions can have as many animals as you would like, each additional animal (after the 2 that comes with the base price) will be $50 per animal and comes with an additional 3 fully edited black background digital images in social media size with a small watermark.
- This package comes with a lower number of digital images than the other packages simply because these images take a lot of time and work to edit.
- These sessions can take as long as needed but usually average around 20 to 30 minutes per animal.
- These sessions can include props like holiday garlands, jewelry, beautiful tack, whatever you want to include. I have a large selection of pretty garlands and a few pieces of pretty horse jewelry we can use as well.
- For these sessions we need a location with some sort of building we can stand your horse/animal in, like a barn or garage, or even a shed will sometimes work.
- These sessions are not just for horses, I’m happy to photograph other animals as well as you with your horse/animals.
- Any location more than 50 miles from Bear Butte will have travel charges of $.50 per mile.
- Once your session is done it will take me up to 1-4 weeks to get your images ready. At that time I will load your photos in a gallery so you can see them. I’m also always very happy to set up a time and place to meet and go over your photos with you so you can see them without a watermark. Then you can choose what you would like to do with your favorite photos as well as pick out our digital images.

Black Background Add On
- A black background session can be added on to any of my other sessions.
- The add on fee, which is in addition to the fee for your other session, is $150 for up to 2 horses and comes with 6 fully edited black background digital images in social media size with a small watermark.
- Each additional horse is $50 and comes with 3 fully edited black background digital images in social media size with a small watermark.

Free – donation only
- I will come to your home or a location of your choice where your pet and you are most comfortable.
- Session will take as little or as much time as needed, we can go quick or take our time, whichever works best.
- You will receive all of your best photos in social media size digital images with a small watermark.
- You are welcome to purchase any prints you want from my Print and Wall Art page
- This package is only for terminally ill or old pets and horses/livestock that are going to be put down very soon.

Package Information
The way booking a photo session works is you can get in touch with me by the contact form below, email, text or phone call. Let me know you’d like to book a session and we’ll find you a date and time. Then I will send you an invoice for a reservation fee that reserves your chosen time and is fully deductible from the package you choose. I will also at this time send you a photography session contract to look over and sign. After that, I will get in touch with you again about a week before your session with some questions so I can make sure your session is everything you want it to be.

Additional Session Information
- Each package will have a reservation fee of $100. The reservation fee is due when we schedule a session, it reserves your time slot. The reservation fee is also fully applicable to the package you choose.
- A contract is required to be signed prior to any session, it’s an unfortunate part of doing business these days.
- After your session it will typically take me 1-4 weeks to get your photos ready to view, depending on how busy I am at the time.
- The session fee only covers your session, what is listed with the session above, and my time preparing your photographs for viewing which includes color correcting, small object removal and straightening.
- Once your photos are ready we’ll set up a time and place to meet and go over your photos so you can decide what you would like to do with them.

- If you choose to get photographs at my studio location you may have photos both outdoors and in the studio. We have a lovely setting with an old barn, an old homestead, a wind break with pretty trees, logs and picturesque old farm equipment. The photos at the bottom of the page are examples of some of the scenery we have available on location. My studio is small and not suitable for large groups but great for small groups and individual pictures.
Photoshop Edits
Leash and lead rope removal is complementary.
Removal of most small objects is complementary.
Changing the background to a black background (for appropriate photos) = $50
Changing the background to a white background (for appropriate photos) = $75
Fixing a facial blemish (scars, acne, double chin etc.) = $5-$20
Large object removal = $10-$50
Fine Art Edit with painted custom background = $100
A photo composite that combines two photos will vary in cost depending on the edit requested.
